Investors who had subscribed to the public offering of the InvIT can check their allotment status on the website of the stock registrar (
https://kcas.kfintech.com/ipostatus/). Once on the website, one can choose the PowerGrid InvIT from the drop down menu, enter their application number (or Client ID or PAN number), and the captcha code.
In case you are logging in via the application ID, investors will need to choose the application type – ASBA or non-ASBA, submit their application ID and the captcha code. Similarly, in case of logging via client ID, investors will have to choose their depository (NSDL or
), enter their DPID and client ID and submit with the captcha code.
If the information entered by investors is correct, they will see the number of units allotted to them on their screen. In the event of no allotment, the money will be reversed to the investor the following day.
The units of PowerGrid’s InvIT will list on the stock exchanges on May 17 at 10:00 am. The initial public offering was subscribed 4.83 times when it hit the primary market earlier this month.
The demand for the issue was mainly driven by qualified institutional buyers whose allotted quota was subscribed 4.63 times on the final day of the issue.
