Transferring EPF account: What is Annexure K?

Must read

Every time an EPF member transfers their PF amount from an exempted to an unexempted establishment (or vice versa), an EPF document called Annexure K is issued to them.

An EPF document called Annexure K provides the member’s information, his PF accumulations with interest, his service history, his joining and leaving dates, as well as job information.

According to the latest tweet by EPFO, “Annexure K is a EPF document which mentions the member details, his PF accumulations with interest, service history, Date of joining, and Date of exit and employment details including past and present MID. This document is required by the Field Office/Trust to effect a transfer in.”

Annexure K can be downloaded through the Unified member Portal.
