Who are eligible for Real Time Xpress Credit (RTXC)
Customers can now get RTXC from the convenience of their own homes using YONO, a paperless and digital platform.
Central/State Government and Defense salaried customers of SBI will no longer be necessary to visit a branch to obtain a personal loan under Real Time Xpress Credit. Credit checks, eligibility, sanction, and documentation will now be completed digitally and in real time.
According to the SBI press release, “Under Real Time Xpress Credit, Central or State Government and Defence salaried customers of SBI will no longer be required to visit the branch for availing a personal loan. The credit checks, eligibility, sanction and documentation will now be done digitally in real-time”
Customers who are eligible will now be able to get personal loans up to Rs 35 lakhs via YONO SBI without having to fill out any paperwork. The entire application to disbursement process is simple and quick.

How to avail Pre-Approved Personal Loans (PAPL) on YONO:
Step 1: Login to YONO using your credentials
Step 2: Click on ‘Avail Now’
Step 3: Select loan amount and tenure
Step 4: Enter OTP received on the registered mobile number -> Amount Credited
